Teaneck, NJ. – April 11, 2010 –Larry Schwartz is ready to jump feet first into the future.
Schwartz, 42, is chief executive officer of Aetrex Worldwide Inc. in Teaneck, a 64-year-old orthotics and footwear company his grandfather helped found. The company is very much a family operation. Brother Evan, 38, is president. Brother Matt, 35, is vice president-sales. "And I'm the old guy," says his father, Richard, chairman of the board.
Since its start as a New York-based orthotic inserts manufacturer, it has grown into an orthotics and shoe maker with more than $60 million in annual sales and 205 employees.
